Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime as stated in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service feature with reasonable notice.
Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our money-back guarantee policy. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Prohibited Activities: The following uses are strictly prohibited: port scanning, sending spam, distributing malware, conducting DDoS attacks, violating intellectual property rights, or any activity that could harm StarVPN's network or reputation.
Limitation of Liability: StarVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Star Internet Services Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
